Check the VA State PE Exam Results Online

Based on the thread on "Oct 07 VA State PE Exam Results....", I did some research on the PE license Numbers (VA).

The earlier posting in Virginia results (Oct 07) explains that in DPOR VA page you can search for license numbers using wildcard code "*".

Using the method of induction is the only way we can satisfy our thirst to know the result. Based on the collection of data on previous year's results. Still the real answer will be the day we receive the actual letter with PASS or FAIL information.

Pile vs Micropile technology: I worked a couple of years on a Technical Committee (named MicroPile Study Group) on MicroPile Technology. As a part of the MC Study group, I had witnessed the live test on micro-pile, and became part of FE simulations. Oops, I also published a technical paper on Finite Element simulation of micro pile model test results.

What are the best reference / text books for the FE Exam?

001. Ohayo-gozai-masu = Good Morning. (explained somewhere else in this website).

002. Kon-nichi-wa = Wildcard word for Hello!, good morning, afternoon, or evening.

003. Oh-yasumi + na-sai = first part alone means "Bye", Full length means Good Night.

004. Hajime-masite = First time. It is our first time. "Nice to meet you --how do you do--" equivalent.
