IGES LifeScience auf der ISPOR Europe 2022
The IGES Group is again present at this year's European conference of the "International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research" (ISPOR). ISPOR Europe 2022 will be taking place in Vienna from November 6 to 9. (German version below)
Berlin, 26. Oct 2022 (IGES Institut) -The thematic focus of our presence is on the new, centralized joint clinical assessment process, EU-HTA. IGES experts participated in the public consultations of the implementation phase. With its IGES LifeScience business unit, IGES Group offers a broad range of research and consulting services for global developers and manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and digital health applications. The services support nearly all phases of the product lifecycle management and focus on the most important European healthcare markets.
A particular focus is currently on the preparation of the EU HTA Regulation which will be applied from 2025, when the clinical evaluation of new medicinal products within the EU will no longer be carried out nationally at the level of the individual EU countries, but will gradually be subjected to a central, EU-wide procedure.
As stakeholders, two companies of IGES Group have been involved in the public consultations on the development of guidelines and guidance documents as part of the EUnetHTA21 activities. Involved experts will be on site at ISPOR.
ISPOR is the world's leading organization for "Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)". The congress, which takes place in Vienna from November 6th to 9th, is one of the society's largest annual events. IGES Group has been contributing to the ISPOR program for over a decade.

Berlin, 26.10. 2022 (IGES Institut) - Die IGES Gruppe ist wieder auf der diesjährigen europäischen Konferenz der "International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research" (ISPOR) präsent. Die ISPOR Europe 2022 findet vom 6. bis 9. November in Wien statt. Im Mittelpunkt steht die neue gemeinsame klinische Bewertung auf EU-Ebene im Ergebnis der EU-HTA Verordnung. IGES-Experten haben sich an den öffentlichen Konsultationen der Implementierungsphase beteiligt.
Die IGES Gruppe bietet mit ihrem Geschäftsbereich IGES LifeScience ein breit gefächertes Forschungs- und Beratungsangebot für weltweite Entwickler und Hersteller von Arzneimitteln, Medizinprodukten und digitalen Gesundheitsanwendungen. Die Services unterstützen bei fast allen Phasen des Produktlebenszyklus-Managements von Neuentwicklungen. Sie sind auf die wichtigsten europäischen Gesundheitsmärkte ausgerichtet.
Ein besonderer Fokus liegt aktuell auf der Vorbereitung der EU-HTA – Verordnung ab dem Jahr 2025. Ab dann wird die klinische Bewertung neuer Arzneimittel innerhalb der EU nicht mehr auf Ebene der einzelnen EU Länder national durchgeführt, sondern schrittweise einem zentralen, EU-weiten Verfahren unterworfen.
Als Stakeholder haben sich zwei Unternehmen der IGES Gruppe in die öffentlichen Konsultationen zur Erarbeitung von Richtlinien und Leitfäden im Rahmen der EUnetHTA21 – Aktivitäten eingebracht. Beteiligte Experten werden auf der ISPOR vor Ort sein.
Die ISPOR ist die weltweit führende Organisation für „Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)“. Der vom 6. bis 9. November in Wien stattfindende Kongress ist eine der jährlich größten Veranstaltung der Gesellschaft. Die IGES Gruppe trägt seit über zehn Jahren zum ISPOR-Programm bei.
